Today is the twelfth anniversary of the disappearance of Hazel X. Bracamontes and Carlos Pacheco. They were abducted from a visit in foster care by their non-custodial father, Adrian Aguilar Pacheco, from Watsonville, California. They may still be in the local area or may have traveled out of the state.
