Jose Medina Lopez missing twenty-six years

Today is the twenty-sixth anniversary of the disappearance of Jose Enrique Medina Lopez. He was abducted by his non-custodial stepfather from Moca, Puerto Rico. They may be in Florida, New Jersey, or New York.
