Today is the fifteenth anniversary of the disappearance of Kimberly Denisse and Melanie Cedilla Beltran Bedolla. They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Consuelo America Bedolla Lugo, from Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. They are believed to be in the United States, possibly in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
