Today is the first anniversary of the disappearance of Amanda Mendoza. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Jesus Paraza Mendoza, from Bell Gardens, California. They may be in the company of her non-custodial mother. They may have traveled to Los Angeles county or may have left the state and traveled to Arizona.
