Today is the thirteenth anniversary of the disappearance of Mohamed-Ali Hilal Jaafar. He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Hilal Hasan Ali Jaafar, from Toledo, Ohio. They are believed to be in Muscat, Oman in Al-Khouair.
