Today is the eighth anniversary of the disappearance of Ana Karen Jimenez, Anilu Jimenez, and Cesar Jimenez Bibiano. They were abducted by their non-custodial parents, Cesar Bibiano Sr., and their mother, from Los Angeles, California. They may be in Mexico.
