Today is the seventeenth anniversary of the disappearance of Shantelle Adriane Bazan Perez. She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Rodolfo Alberto Bazan Trousselle, from Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. They may be in the area of Toluca, Estado de Mexico, with family.
