Today is the eighteenth anniversary of the disappearance of Kamelia Marie Spencer. She was abducted from foster care by her non-custodial father, Derek Spencer, and her non-custodial paternal grandmother, Helen Barbara Gruning, from Palmdale, California. They may be in Las Vegas, or they may have left the country. They may be in the company of her non-custodial great-grandmother, Gertrude Schoenberg. Caution is advised when approaching Derek and Helen.
